Zucca fritta alla cacciatora (Ada Boni: Il talismano della felicita')
Ingredients for 6 people: 2.20lbs of Pumpkin - Olive oil (half glass) - Garlic 2 segments - salt - pepper - rosemary.

Zucca fritta alla cacciatora (Ada Boni: Il talismano della felicita')
Ingredients for 6 people: 2.20lbs of Pumpkin - Olive oil (half glass) - Garlic 2 segments - salt - pepper - rosemary.
Clean the pumpkin from the seeds and the skin and cut it in very tiny slices.
Put in a pam half glass of olive oil with the garlic. When the garlic start frying remove it and put the pumkin. Dreass it with salt and pepper and rosemary. Stir it from time to time very gently not to break the pumpkin for about 15 minutes and serve it.
